4. Delivery

We offer free nationwide delivery across South Africa. Delivery times vary depending on location, typically between 2–7 business days. Rural areas may take longer.

We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control, but we’ll always assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

Refund & Return Policy

At HomeFanz, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • You provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at support@homefanz.co.za with your order details.

2. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@homefanz.co.za with a photo of the item.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Items on sale or clearance
  • Hygiene-related products (e.g., cleaning sponges, food containers once opened)

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item or damaged product), HomeFanz will cover the shipping cost.
Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping fees.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. If there’s still an issue, contact your bank. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@homefanz.co.za.
